Taylor Design & Construction is primarily a residential custom home builder out of Yelm WA. We specialize in design and build from start to finish. We also enjoy remodels of all types. Our goal is customer satisfaction and a sound successful project.
Company History with Now over 25yrs of Service
Formed in 1998 as Taylor Design & Construction LLC by Brent Taylor. Prior "Kiwi Construction" from 1995-1998. We are a Licensed and bonded General Contractor in Washington State, with no registered complaints or litigation claims ever filed against us. Out gage of success is by customer satisfaction. About the Owner
The company founder, Brent Taylor, trained in Architectural drafting in New Zealand in the 1980's and has been involved in the construction industry in the USA since 1990 mainly in the residential sector. Recent study involves green built training with Olympia Master Builders and ICF (insulated concrete formwork) certification construction classes.
